sakuranbo gari
|

yerterday...opss...the day before yesterday(kire nye last saturday laa..)some malaysian students of yamagata university and i went for a trip to sakuranbo gari (sakuranbo=cherry...gari=kebun/ladang... so figure out sendri aa ek:P)...in sagae shi....an about 2 hours trip from our place...we went there by two cars....but at first...the car that i was in need to be taken to a workshop to have a tyre change as one of its tyres had a crack on it....so after everything had been taken care of...we met up at a convinient store called "family mart" and off to sagae shi..on the way..as usual i took some pics of scenery...but mostly car pics (hahaha aku gile kete:P)
about two hours on the road...with some stops for drinks and ciggies....we reached the cherry land at sagae shi...but of course we need to stop for our zohor prayers first before getting pumped up by cherries(hahah driver kete yang aku tumpang tu budak tabligh woo:P)...so we parked the cars at a park near a river to fulfill our religious believes(fuhh ayat:D)...under the shade of an unknown tree(what do you expect?jepon mane ade surau aa beb:P)
then....we headed to the sakuranbo headquarters to ask about the best sakuranbo gari there...and also the get ourselve the coupon for the "sakuranbo buffet"(eat-all-u-can...tapi kene petik sendri aa dari pokok:D)...it costs us 1000 yen per head that is about 30 ringgit...in malaysian money...rather expensive eh?but to think of it a small box(see pic) of sakuranbo itself costs 1500yen(mahal sehh!!!)...so going to sakuranbo gari "buffet" seems to be a better idea...plus youll get to pick the cherries straight from the trees(sonok woo..cam pekebun lak rase:D)..and then...we went straight to the place,to fulfill our cherry desires(hahahah...ayat cam shilakerss:P)..i took a lot of pics while we were there...so please do see them pics...because i dont have a single idea how to express what we did there....but what i can say...it is hell of fun;)(why hell?isk isk)
done with the cherries...we went separate ways...one car..wanted to go straight for yamagata-shi for batting games and the car that i was in wanted to go for so called lunch(gilo ape..lunch kol 3.30 petang hahaha)...but it was kinda a special lunch...as we had "mee hoon seremban" at one of the restaurant there..called panji(please...dont ask me what it means)...the restaurant was owned by a japanese couple whom had studied back in malaysia some years ago(more than 10 years back)...and had settle down back in japan to open a restaurant....as they loved "mee hoon goreng" so much during their stay in malaysia...and had learned to make them in seremban...they called it "mee hoon seremban"..(just imagine..kat semban pon takde mihun semban camne ade kat jepon lak???)...the restaurant even serve malaysian kari...but maybe thats for next time:D
with our stomachs full of cherries and mee hoon,we headed home....another 2 hours travelling...i took more pics of the scenery and ehem ehem(cars laa ape lagi:P)....after about on hour we stopped at "ayu cha ya"...to rest(ayu cha ya is a place for catching the ayu fish...by using yana...an interesting way to catch fish without using any rod,net or bait...but by making a damn..where one can gather ayu fish by using only hands..)...we had our asar prayers there...took some pics....and of back home...with everyone tired...but happy with our interesting travel:D

i was rather bored today...and have absolutely nothing to do...no plans...no ideas...nothing...suddenly while i was reading blogs....i remembered that my photopages have not been updated for quite sometime...hmmm,i thought...(hahahah cam buku citer budak skolah rendah lak:P)...so i grab my digital camera,my car keys...opss...my bicycle keys hehehee:P and of i went out of my house to get some pics:D....but before that...i took a pic of my beloved bike(read:bicycle)....just to share with you guys...the only vehicle that i have:)....and the only vehicle that took me to various parts of yonezawa city..(the place where im living now)...
i started cycling heading north(how the hell did i know it was north???)...with no specific idea...where to go...and made some stops...to take some pics of mostly cars(hahaha aku gile kete laa:P)...some...or i might say...most of them cant be found in malaysia....
suddenly...i thought of going to uesugi koen(uesugi park)...a beautiful place in yonezawa city...where uesugi jinjya(uesugi shrine)....the famous shrine in northen japan is located...to take some pics of the place....and relax my self there...(fenat men beskal laa:P).....
as i reached the place...i went to one of its small park...where a statue of mr uesugi stood...opss sat:P...took some pics there...and continue taking pics of matsugazaki shrine next to the small park....this shrine was one of the shrine here....and was built in 1902 ...dedicated to mr yozan uesugi himself....the shrine wasnt that big...but it does have a nice japanese style landscaping....there are a lot of shrine here...and the biggest was uesugi shrine....but as it was getting late...so i skipped going to the shrine...and just took some pics of the man-made lake surrounding it....maybe some other time:P
so i went back home.....with of course some stops for car pics:P....and stopped by at a supermarket named max value for some munchies:P
